An Invitation

This year the International Eucharistic Congress will take place in Dublin from June 10th - 17th. the Theme of the Congress is - "The Eucharist: Communion with Christ and with one another". Each Sunday Christ gathers us together as a Eucharistic community, to listen , to hear and to be formed into community by God's Word and to be nourished by the Bread of Life.

As part of the preparation for the congress the Pastoral Councils of Kilmeade, Moone, and Crookstown along with our Priests Fr. Mc Evoy and Fr. O'Siochru are going to celebrate The Eucharist over three nights in :

Kilmeade on Monday 27th February @ 8p.m. (Theme- Healing)

Moone on Tuesday 28th February @ 8 p.m. (Theme-Hope)

Crookstown on Wednesday 29th February @ 8 p.m. (Theme-Giftedness)

We are inviting you, your family & friends to gather with us at one or all of our three Eucharistic celebrations.

Whether you are of our faith or not, or even if you feel alienated from the church, we would still encourage you to come and reflect with us on the need for healing and hope in our lives. In reflecting together on hope and healing we should come to a better understanding on the unique gift that is within each one of us.

LIght refreshements will be served each night after our celebration.

We look forward to seeing you over these nights.

Yours sincerely

The Chairpersons and Priests,

Nora O'Mahony PPC Kilmeade, Eamonn Nolan PPC Moone, Maeve Deay PPC Crookstown, Fr. Frank McEvoy & Fr. Colm O'Siochru.

Parish Mission Statement

By the grace of Baptism by water and the Spirit, we the people of Narraghmore Parish Pastoral Council are called to follow the path of discipleship. In our prayer and worship we hope to express our desire, to be active, vibrant and a loving community, which is caring, welcoming and forgiving and which embraces all peoples and recognises that each has a valuable contribution to make, to the building of God's kingdom in our Community.
